About Leanne

Professional background~

Leanne began her career in mental health as a Crisis Intervention Specialist, learning to support inviduals in acute mental health crisis. While earning her Master of Social Work at Portland State University, she worked as a Mental Health Advocate at a local day shelter for women and gender-non conforming individuals. Since graduating, Leanne has worked as an outpatient therapist, building on her experience to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health treatment for adults.

Leanne’s approach~

Leanne provides compassionate, evidence-based care grounded in empathy and collaboration. Her approach is warm, genuine, and down-to-earth, creating a space where clients feel safe to explore difficult experiences, gain new perspectives, and build practical tools for lasting change. While therapy often involves navigating life's hardest moments, Leanne also believes that humor can be a powerful part of the healing process, bringing moments of connection, relief, and hope along the way.

Outside of therapy….

Outside of therapy, Leanne loves to cook, explore local restaurants and curl up on the couch with her dog, Bing!
